For him 25 May 2018, Additional ANDOTRANS features will be added for EU residents in support of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, for its acronym in English). These features include the ability to:

• Request a copy of your personal data.
• Request removal of personal data.

Data Portability

You can request a copy of your personal data in an electronic format that can lead to other service providers. We will respond to your request within 30 days providing a link to a location where they can download the data.

Deleting Data

If you request to remove your personal data and that data are required for services provided, the application will be accepted only to the extent that are no longer needed for legal or contractual retention requirements record.
